[Saba Sports News] In the 2024 F1 Saudi Grand
Prix, Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz Jr. had to retire from the race due to
appendicitis surgery. Taking his place was 18-year-old youth training driver
Oliver Bearman. Biermann performed admirably, finishing seventh in the Saudi
Arabian Grand Prix and successfully passing the F1 “audition,”
demonstrating his potential to compete in the world’s top motorsport.
Currently, Ferrari has not yet decided whether Sainz will return for the
Australian Grand Prix, and Biermann is expected to continue as the driver.
However, it is surprising to note that despite his impressive performance
driving a Ferrari in Saudi Arabia, Biermann failed to pass the British driving
license test due to his reaction to traffic lights. Some car enthusiasts
familiar with the British driving license test revealed that Biermann struggled
with the simulated light test in subject three. It is believed that the speed
of the voice broadcast was too fast, and Biermann was unable to react due to
his unfamiliarity with the practice. The British driving license test is
renowned as the “most difficult” driving license test globally, with
a reported passing rate of only 40%. The test consists of five main aspects:
theoretical knowledge, basic vehicle control, road driving, driving safety, and
independent driving. The written test, in particular, is challenging as it
requires memorizing a significant number of traffic regulations and road signs,
with 43 questions to be answered correctly within an hour. In the road test
section, British examiners are known to be strict, with a low tolerance for
errors according to the set test criteria.
