[Saba Sports News] According to the latest
news from Malaysian media, the Malaysian conglomerate, Allianz Malaysia,
intends to continue hosting the Youth Badminton Championships in the coming
years. Participants will not be required to pay any fees, as the event aims to
discover future badminton talents and provide a talent pipeline to the national
team. Winners of the tournament will receive cash prizes and material rewards,
making the rewards quite lucrative. In the previous edition, the Youth
Badminton Championships organised by Allianz Malaysia received tremendous
response, with over 2,600 youngsters participating across 10 regions
nationwide. The number of participants has been steadily increasing, and 183
players emerged as the top performers. The data clearly indicates the
significant interest among young people in this sport. The tournament consists
of four events: boys’ singles, boys’ doubles, girls’ singles, and girls’
