Ganguly asserts that Kohli and Rohit are definite selections for the T20 World Cup. While emphasizing the importance of wise selection choices, the 51-year-old personally believes that the duo will play pivotal roles in the top order. Additionally, the former BCCI president backs Rohit to lead the side.
In the IPL 2024, both Kohli and Rohit have showcased outstanding performances. Kohli, representing Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), leads the Orange Cap race with 379 runs from 8 matches, boasting an impressive average of 63.16 and a striking rate of 150.39, including a century and two fifties. Rohit, playing for Mumbai Indians, has amassed 303 runs from 8 matches at an average of 43.28, with one century to his credit.
