[Saba Sports News] Former Australian cricketer David Warner turned 37 on October 27, 2024, and received a flood of birthday wishes from fans, former teammates, and cricket icons worldwide.
Among them was South Indian superstar Allu Arjun, a favorite of Warner, who often mimics Arjun’s famous dance moves on the field. Arjun shared an Instagram story featuring Warner, captioning it, “Many happy returns to my brother.”
Warner, an exceptional player for Australia, wrapped up his international career after amassing 18,995 runs in 383 matches across all formats.
Although he retired after his last Test in January 2024 against Pakistan, Warner hinted at a possible return, saying he’s ready if Australia needs him.
With Australia gearing up for the Border-Gavaskar Series against India starting November 22, Warner’s potential comeback could be a valuable asset as the team aims to reclaim the trophy.
