[Saba Sports News] India will visit South Africa for a short four-match T20I series in November 2024, as announced by Cricket South Africa and BCCI in a joint release. This will be the second consecutive year the Indian men’s team tours South Africa after playing all three formats in 2023-24.
The series will begin on November 8 at Kingsmead, Durban, followed by a match in Gqeberha on November 10. The final two games will be played in the Highveld, at Centurion on November 13 and Johannesburg on November 15. Last year’s T20I series ended in a 1-1 draw, with the Durban match washed out by rain.

CSA Chairperson Lawson Naidoo expressed gratitude to BCCI for their continued support, highlighting the camaraderie and exciting cricket that accompanies any Indian tour to South Africa.
BCCI secretary Jay Shah emphasized the strong bond between India and South Africa, noting the mutual appreciation and love between the fans of both nations. He expressed confidence that the upcoming series will showcase high-intensity, enthralling cricket.
