Sports News] Former Paris Saint-Germain star Jerome Rothen recently discussed
his former club in an interview with the media. He shared his thoughts on
Kylian Mbappe’s potential departure from the team at the end of the season.
Mbappe expressed his disappointment and even criticized Paris Saint-Germain,
stating that the club “doesn’t know how to manage players.” Rothen
commented that he believes the team has not effectively dealt with the impact
of Mbappe’s potential departure. He criticized the management, stating that the
club lacks an understanding of how to properly manage star players. Rothen also
mentioned that there have been instances in the past where the team brought in
high-profile stars who did not achieve significant success despite the club’s
substantial investments. Although Mbappé has not publicly revealed his next
destination, there have been reports linking him to La Liga club Real Madrid.
It has been reported that Real Madrid are prepared to offer him a five-year
contract with an annual salary of 15 million euros, along with a signing fee of
150 million euros.
