[Saba Sports News] Pakistan cricket has been rocked with a lot of controversies lately from disagreements between the players to a complete change in set-up.
The team is currently in Australia, preparing for a three-match Test series, starting on December 14 in Perth. Before the series-opener, the Shan Masood-led side will play a four-day practice match versus the Prime Minister’s XI, scheduled to commence on December 6.
As the team trained on Tuesday, a video went viral on social media which had Sarfaraz Ahmed and Saud Shakeel engaged in an argument.
While Sarfaraz was all padded up to bat, Shakeel stood near him and said:
“For how long will I continue to be of use to you?”
To this, Sarfaraz replied by saying, “You won’t be of any use to me. To begin with, I never instructed you to do anything. I never requested you to make a swap. I swapped with the person I intended to.”
Shakeel again made a sharp riposte, saying, “You still made the swap, so I was beneficial to you.”
While this conversation does not give a clear depiction on what the argument was about, the way in which they were exchanging words implied it was not serious one.
